Virtual Event Gala

Please Join Anna’s House and Event Host, Veda Loca 94.5FM for a guaranteed night to remember at our 10th Annual Domestic Violence Gala, taking place October 15th, 2020 @ 7:00 PM Virtual Event https://cfn.tvstartup.com/live-steam

The evening will begin with a list of guests with live Entertainment by Sweet Angel, Tiffany Tatum, and Malik Ali & Wildst4r

As we celebrate the many heroes’ that will be present, and millions across the country that remain anonymous and unknown, we will make recognition to those struck by the growing epidemic of domestic violence world-wide!!

In 2015, over 31,500 adults and children had to find refuge in a domestic violence emergency shelter or transitional house because; domestic violence and homelessness programs were unable to meet the 12,197 requests for service due to lack of funding, staffing and other resources. Frankly speaking, there is not enough support for these adult women and children.

A growing army of Heroes that have been victorious enough to make it out alive, are now giving to the cause and fighting back to both PREVENT and STOP THE VIOLENCE!! We are currently serving in areas such as Richardson, Garland, Balch Springs, Pleasant Grove, West Dallas and other areas where our help is needed.

At this moment, we’re in great need of sponsorship to assist with serving families, who are trying to rebuild their lives after the storm of domestic violence. We intend to raise sponsorship dollars for 2 new homes to anchor as residency for those awaiting placement. Last year, we spent over $50,000.00 in assistance, to support and place families that were lost in the vicious cycle of domestic violence and plan to increase that number this year.

Additional information about the event, along with details about how to be a part of the mission to bring more awareness to domestic violence, can be found at www.awayoutproject.org Please feel free to contact us directly @ 214.650.7065 if you have any further questions or would like to become a sponsor and donate to the cause.
